I like that the AIKIDO dojo is very unique compared to other martial arts buildings. It is plain and simple.

I like that we can train in self-defense instead of attack.

It relieves my stress and I enjoy learning new things every time I come. I also enjoy seeing all of my friends when I come.

Sunset Cliffs Aikido is a very peaceful place to come to. It also feels good to stretch and practice – it feels very energetic. Sometimes I come with a headache or stomachache and after class it has gone away.
